DECLINING OF CREDIT CARDS
Declining of Credit Cards
There will be a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) charge for all declined Credit Cards. À cashier's check, money or-der, or cash will be required or an updated credit card for declined Credit Card. Accounts will be put on a cash, cashier's check, or money order only basis if this continues.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts
A five percent (5%) discount is given for payments made four weeks in advance. A ten percent (10%) discount is allowed on second child rates. The lowest rate of two enrolled children of the same immediate family will be entitled to a ten percent (10%) reduction of the applicable monthly tuition amount. Tuition is non-refundable except in cases where tuition has been paid in advance and a two week written notice of withdrawal is given to the director or the assistant director.

Referrals
The Parent or guardian will receive a one time $50.00 tuition credit when the family or friend that they referred has enrolled in The Depot Learning Center.

The parent or guardian agrees to pay weekly/monthly tuition fees on or before the first day of each week. Payments will be made through automatic deduction from the Bank Account or Credit Card provided on the Auto Payment authorization form. We cannot accept cash or checks. All payments are due in advance of child care. There will be a $20.00 late fee assessed on accounts that are paid past the due date.
