The leadership of The Depot Learning Center will work to provide continuous training, educational programs, and materials for staff members to help them grow professionally, emotionally, and spiritually. Those in the ministry of training children must continually grow and learn. We will also work to provide parents with training and materials that will help them be the best parents possible. We desire to help families be as strong as possible and develop parenting skills that produce children with high moral character, responsibility, and excellence of spirit.
The Depot Learning Center highly values superior moral character and steadfast commitment. Attentive, responsible caregivers mark excellent care for children. It is our goal to provide stability to the children in our care by making sure that they have highly

My Name is Mrs. Britiane Garcia; it has been an amazing experience working for The Depot. I have learned so much, and have built so many relationships with families and staff in the process.
I have been with the Depot family since 2017, and I am blessed to get to know all the children and watch them grow. I want to make each family feel welcomed, loved, and connected when they visit The Depot. I have enjoyed working alongside Mrs. Margaret, as we continue to make The Depot the best it can be, for you, but especially your child. Thank you for allowing us to serve you in every capacity. This is a family, and we strive to keep that bond with each one of you, even when your child graduates from our program, and moves on to the future!
Mrs. Elsa Bearden has spent most of her life in Conroe and is a graduate of Lifestyle Christian School. She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart for 13 years and is a proud mother of two lovely children (one who just graduated from the Depot and another who is currently enrolled).
Mrs. Bearden holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Sam Houston State University. Following graduation, she taught at LCS for over seven years at the elementary and secondary levels. For the last three years, she has served as an assistant principal for the school.
Her administrative and organizational skills strengthen her strong team-center approach to leadership. Her passion for Christ-center care and education makes her a perfect fit for leading the Depot into the future.
Mrs. Britiane Garcia has been working for The Depot and says it has been a fantastic experience for her. She has learned a great deal and built numerous relationships with families and staff.
Mrs. Garcia has been a part of the Depot family since 2017, and she considers herself blessed to have the opportunity to know all the children and witness their growth. Her goal is to ensure that every family feels welcomed, loved, and connected when they visit The Depot. Working alongside Mrs. Elsa, she strives to make The Depot the best it can be for each family, especially their children. She expresses her gratitude for being allowed to serve in every capacity.
Mrs. Garcia emphasizes the strong bond within The Depot family, which extends even after a child graduates from the program and moves forward into the future. She looks forward to another year of building even stronger bonds and fostering connections.
My Name is Mrs. Brooke Rodriguez, I joined the Depot Learning Center in the Fall of 2022 and I'm so excited about the relationships & memories that will be made.
Working with children has always been something I enjoy doing. I believe that having a helping hand in the fundamental parts of a child's life is one of the most fulfilling things I can do! I have been in leadership roles regarding children for over 20+ years. I have taught toddlers to teenagers through church functions, and community projects. I will work alongside Mrs. Margaret and Mrs. Britianie in making sure your time at the Depot Learning Center is one of structure and ease. I look forward to seeing you and your family soon at our window!
