My name is Yary Calderon. I’ve been married for 22 years. God has blessed me with 2 beautiful girls. Delys 21 and Jaelyn 16 years old. I Love spending time with my family. We have a fur baby, her name is Little Bear, she is our sweet princess. I’ve been in childcare for 25 years. I decided to do childcare long term due to wanting to stay home with my girls. I love working with children and their families. My favorite colors are brick red and burnt orange. I LOVE to travel, enjoy State Parks and National Forests. I love hiking, camping, and sightseeing, especially if they have waterfalls.

I enjoy visiting small towns and as a family, we love to try restaurants featured in Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives TV series from the Food Network.  I love to try different coffee shops around the Houston area with my BF.  I LOVE to shop; malls, flea markets, vendors, farmers markets, thrift stores, consignments, and boutiques. To me, it’s a thrill to see the different unique things you can find. I also like to support small businesses. My childhood most cherished memories are when I would visit the beach house with my grandparents in Puerto Rico. One of the things on my bucket list is to travel to Spain. I collect Starbucks Coffee mugs from around the world and States. I collected my first one on my trip to Okinawa, Japan. I have one from Okinawa and one from Tokyo. My heroes are the man and woman that serve our country fighting for our freedom, including my brother and brothers-in-law.
